Kids' Training Groups

At Iron Haven Gym, we believe that fitness should be fun for kids too! Our kids' training groups are designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and self-confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Lil' Champions (Ages 5-7)

This group is designed for our youngest athletes, focusing on fundamental movement skills, coordination, and basic athletic development.

  • Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Junior Fit (Ages 8-10)

This group is designed for kids who are looking to improve their overall fitness and athleticism. We'll focus on strength, endurance, and agility training.

Teen Fitness (Ages 11-13)

Silver Fitness (Ages 65+)

This program is designed for seniors who want to improve their flexibility, balance, and strength. Our experienced trainers will work with you to create a personalized fitness plan that meets your needs and goals.

Adaptive Fitness (For Individuals with Disabilities)
